Seasons

Usually spring makes a quiet entrance here,
Unlike the month of March
Which marches through like a lion...
or a lamb.

April creeps in with the rains
And brings an explosion of colors
That leans toward the sun.

May brings pale green crape paper-like leaves
that unfold at the end of branches as they
Reach for the sun.

I love the newness of the season.

  2. Hi, Linda! With the heat and humidity we've had here in the Midwest, I have a feeling we're in for a hot summer!

  3. Nice to see you back - with a breath of spring.

We are behind here, having May rains and everything is very green.
